First of all lets take a look at the hardware of the phone. This phone is very hefty, as it should be. It measures 171 mm x 78 mm x 9.85 mm and weighs 240 grams. The front and back of the phone is made of glass while the frame is made up of metal.
The ROG 3 has an Amoled screen with a screen resolution 1080 x 2340 and 391 ppi pixel density. It has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and screen-to-body ratio of 79.75 %. Like the previous ROG phone, there are two USB-C ports, with the extra one living on the side for various gaming accessories like a fan and a controller but no headphone jack.

It runs on the Android 10 software with the ROG UI skin. It has the maximum refresh rate of 144 Hz and 270 Hz of touch sampling. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor. The Asus ROG Phone 3 supports face unlock. The special feature on this phone are the Air Triggers 3 which give the user a console-like experience while gaming.
